About Makena

Hi I'm Makena, I have over 10 years of experience with teaching self-esteem to the youth. Growing up, I was severely bullied, and I wanted to make a difference ever since I was little in the world to make sure that kids knew that their lives were so valuable and their self self-esteem is so important not just to them but the world around them. I highly believe that every kid should at least have some sort of self-esteem building techniques starting at a young age. It really sets them up for the future ahead of them. Later on down the road, my senior year of high school I got an $8000 scholarship to a self esteem building camp and it changed my life forever.
