I am an educator and community arts advocate and have many years of experience working with children in elementary schools. I also taught art and English in two international schools when my daughters and I lived in an international community in Tamil Nadu, India. While in India I opened and ran a not for profit community arts school for children and their families. It was a wonderful experience for my family to be a part of a community of people from all over the world. I can offer help with rides, tutoring, outdoor play, art projects, and help with meals. Cathleen is great with children of all ages. She is punctual, honest, flexible, reliable, and ready for any challenge thrown her way. She is phenomenal at building strong rapports with parents and children in her care. Her communication is clear; she is willing to learn new routines and schedules; and she helps children discover their passions in age appropriate ways. She is understanding of children's different levels and great at differentiating tasks to fit the child's needs/ability. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
