Hello! I'm Maeve, a 24-year-old tutor and nanny on the Upper East Side, offering services to local families. I have a degree in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education from Syracuse University and experience working with diverse students. After graduating, I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Saint Lucia, teaching reading intervention to elementary students. I've also tutored young learners in reading and helped high school students with organization and homework. I co-founded a dance academy and ran a teen mentorship program in Saint Lucia, building confidence and leadership skills. I'm experienced with English Language Learners and neurodivergent students and adapt my approach to each child's needs. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy yoga and health/wellness.
