As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with eight years of experience, I am passionate about creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to thrive. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of caring for children. Soon after I started working at a summer camp where I realized the positive impact I could make in their lives. I am a patient and calm individual with a friendly and approachable demeanor, which allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships with them. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in maintaining open and transparent communication. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure they are regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. While respecting the household rules set by the parents, I am also comfortable enforcing them consistently and fairly.
