I am a dedicated mother of a 4-year-old and a passionate 5yr special education teacher with over eight years of experience in childcare. My journey as both a parent and an educator has given me a deep understanding of the importance of a nurturing, secure environment where children can thrive. I am patient, creative, and approachable, making it easy to connect with children of all ages. In my role as a caregiver, I prioritize open communication with parents, offering detailed daily reports, verbal updates during pick-up, and consistent text or phone check-ins. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and maintaining a structured, safe environment, while also fostering responsibility and respect in children. My goal is always to support the growth and development of each child, providing them with the tools they need to succeed. I assist with homework, cleaning, and other essential childcare tasks ensuring an organized environment that allow children to focus on their learning.
