Experience: 6 yrs
A little about me, I started working with children when I was 17. I have worked in many different environments, I coached gymnastics locally, nannied for a local family the last 2 years and was a nanny in Fresno while attending college. I have worked with special needs children as well. I am passionate about helping family's and creating magical childhood memories. Communicate with parents regularly to discuss progress, concerns and any other issues related to the care of their child. Take children on outings such as parks, library visits, and educational trips. Manage household duties including laundry, grocery shopping or light housekeeping tasks when necessary. Instruct proper hygiene habits such as brushing teeth or washing hands before meals. Plan age-appropriate educational activities designed to promote learning and development. Monitor playtime to prevent overuse of technology, television, or other influences.

Madison has been with our family for over two years providing full-time nanny care to our almost 4-year old son since May 2022. She is the most amazing provider and we are beyond grateful to consider her an extension of our family. Her full-time position with us is only coming to an end because we are expecting our second child next month and I will be home for an extended period of time. Mady is responsible, trustworthy, punctual, committed, creative, and loyal. She is a great communicator and will often message me updates, photos and videos of our kiddo throughout the day. Mady has established a great daily routine with our son these past two years which typically includes a morning outing, meal time/creative cooking in the kitchen, crafts, storytime before settling for nap, outdoor fun and a play-based preschool lesson every afternoon. I know that her consistency has helped shape much of our son's growth from year 2 until now. We trust Mady to transport our son daily (whether they're driving to gymnastics class, a local park, children's museum or beach). In addition to the wonderful care she provides our son, Mady has also been a gift to our household because she loves to clean and organize. She will often ask for a task list for the week and dedicate the afternoon to completing those tasks around the house (while our son naps). She's always willing to run errands and will leave the house much cleaner than when she arrives every morning. Mady has been a nurturer to our little guy and we are so thankful to have hired her through this platform. If you're looking for a trusted provider who will prioritize the needs of your family and ensure that your kiddo(s) feel known and cared for, we can't recommend Mady enough. If you're considering employing her, I'm more than happy to chat with you via phone. -Eva B.
