About Madison

Hi! I'm Madison (22) and I am a caregiver from Ames. I am in my final year of English and Secondary Education, and will be full-time student teaching in the fall at the middle school level in ELA! I've been working with children my entire life. I have four younger sisters who are 10+ years younger than me. Because of our large age gap, I spent a lot of my time taking care of my sisters, which launched me into working as a paid babysitter since age 13. I have also nannied every summer of college. I also have a comprehensive resume I can provide! I'd describe myself as creative, thoughtful, sincere, and organized. I often make a summer bucket list with the kids, which helps me create a tentative activity schedule to keep everyone on the same page! I love learning-based fun and also like to go to the library, park, pool, and more with kids! I also love to cook, bake, and craft with them. Ultimately, I love to do things that bring the kids joy! I would be honored to be your caregiver!
