About Madison

Having two younger siblings growing up, I've always had a special place in my heart for kids. Since I became a big sister at just 4 years old, I'm very comfortable and enjoy being around children of all ages. I grew up with an incredible mom who was not only loving and fun but also an inspiring role model. My experience has made me feel confident taking care of not just my own siblings, but yours as well! I love spending time outdoors just as much as indoors. I am extremely hands-on with the kids as I find it helps with their learning and interactions with others. While being hands on I am also always aiming to make sure they're having fun while also respecting rules and boundaries of the children and parents. In terms of communication, I make it a priority to keep parents updated on their child's day and address any important issues that might arise. I believe in respecting each family's preferences and adjusting my communication style to suit their needs.
