About Charlotte

I like working with kids because they have always been so entertaining to me, I love spending time with them and really just listening to everything they have to say. I've always loved them and their creativity and how much fun I have with them, as well as the enthusiasm they all bring to the table I'm looking for a job that will match my hours as well as a positive environment. I want to bring that to the household but also for it to be reciprocated. Reasonable compensation as well as support and respect is always something I look for as well. I started working with kids when I was a junior in high school but have always been the relative to watch over the younger cousins when parents were away. Kids have always been present in my life and I would like to keep it that way!
