My name is Madi and I'm 20yo, I've worked professionally with children since I was 16yo. It is something I really enjoy doing. I've worked with ages ranging from 0-12yo throughout my time with childcare. Engaging the child in extra curricular activities is something I highly encourage. I believe children should be able to learn while having fun. I like to turn educational things into games. Adjusting to ethnic and cultural differences is something I do to the best of my ability. Respecting how things are at home is really important for everyone. I want to help out with the parents as much as possible in their day to day work. I believe not only should the child be happy but the parents as well :)
