She arrived a few minutes early. My three year old was pretty nervous, and she took the initiative to engage him. She helped him get past the initial sadness (only his second time being babysat by a non-family member). She played with him at the park while carrying my 8 month old. My kids both ended up loving her after just two hours. She offered to help me load up as well. I would definitely hire her again.
