About Madelyn

Welcome! My name is Madelyn. I am a college senior at University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point majoring in Elementary Education. I've built and delivered lessons in English Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Math. I've been trained to pinpoint areas of growth in elementary aged students, specifically in the area of reading. Every child deserves to grow as a learner. I have a strong passion to help children develop skills that make them effective learners, as well as build a desire for learning. School can be tough and I hope to instill a love for learning in all students I teach. Whenever I've delivered a lesson to a student or group of students, my own teaching and learning skills are sharpened. This makes the job of teaching all the more worthwhile.
