About Madeline

Hello! My is Madeline, and excited to get back into nannying. I nannied throughout highschool and college. I also worked at child development centers, and taught Kindergarten. My last job was at a child development center. However, I felt more passionate about nannying because of how much I am able to get to know the child/children I am nannying for and their family. I have a degree in Elementary education. I am currently volunteering at the hospital in pediatrics. I plan to get my masters through an online program in Child Life. However, the masters program will take a few years, and the family I am nannying for I hope to nanny for at least a year, if not more! As a nanny a few key aspects that I find important are routine, choice, and the importance of play. I find that children learn best when they have a routine they can expect whats coming next, while also introducing new activities that promote growth while also allowing the child to have choice in their play.
