About Alivia

For the past five or so years I have been caring for children between the ages of 4 months and 13 years as a nanny, swim instructor, social worker and ABA therapist. I have my bachelors degree in Psychology and Anthropology, and am currently completing my masters in Educational Psychology through an online program. I am familiar with Spanish and Arabic and am very comfortable with pets. However, I am allergic to cats. I find the childcare field to be incredibly fulfilling and I have a great passion for helping little ones learn and grow!

Alivia is currently our part time nanny on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. She is AMAZING! I would give her more than 5 stars if possible. She started with us when our daughter was just 4 months old and I was going back to work part-time. She has been such a valuable addition to our family. She is kind, professional, extremely clean, and fun. She does a great job of making sure that not only are our daughters needs met, but also that she does stimulating, fun and developmentally appropriate activities. Every morning my daughter squeals with joy when she sees her come in. In addition to childcare, she also does all of our daughter's laundry (including playmats, high chair covers, etc.), washings bottles/pump parts, cleans toys, and often she will take care of our dishes, vacuuming, or extra laundry without being asked. It has been such a relief going back to work knowing that my daughter is loved and cared for. Alivia does a great job of keeping me updated throughout the day with important info, cute pictures, and even videos of their day. She would be a lovely addition to any family who is looking for care. We are so happy to have her!
