About Madeleine

Since I was young, I have been helping out in my mother's classroom. Reading to children, overseeing activities, and making sure kids are having a great time. I am a recent university graduate, and certified substitute teacher. I have experience teaching grades k-8, and love spending time teaching children to love reading and science. At UCSC I majored in Environmental Studies and Economics and am well versed in calculus, algebra, and writing, though I prefer working with elementary age students. I live to see children's faces light up when they realize their abilities, and would love to be a part of your child's life long learning path.
