About Mackenzie

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, enthusiastic, and open-minded :) I like working with kids because I find the value in shaping the minds of young people. I think it is so important that kids get the proper care in their early years as early childhood is full of growth and learning! I truly love young children and I think it is fascinating to watch kids navigate their way through their first years of life! I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. I have five years of experience working at a daycare as well as professional trainings in childcare. I have experience in babysitting and nannying and have always taken an interest in education and development of children! One thing you should know about me is that I am super flexible and always willing to learn new things! My skills include young child language development, young child motor development, and deescalation in necessary situations.
