I am 27 years old and have several years of experience with children of all ages. I have four brothers. I have watched my younger siblings and their children over the years. I started volunteering in the church nurseries at a young age, and that's when I knew I wanted to care for children as my career. I've had several years of experience being a Nanny and have worked at a couple of different daycare centers. Some of the centers I have worked at are The Creative Learning Center, Riversprouts Early Childhood Development and Preschool, Creative Kids Daycare, and Rainbow Childcare Center. I love children and enjoy leaving a positive impact on their lives. They leave just as much of one on mine. I have a positive attitude and am all about a stable and structured environment. Kids entertain me just about as much as I can entertain them! I love spending my time with kids so that I can prepare myself for the future. Arts and crafts, hula hooping, outdoor activities, music, laughter, cooking/baking, cleaning, and the occasional treats that life grants you are what I enjoy most. I care for children between the ages of newborn and 10 years of age. I help prepare meals, do crafts with the children, work on motor skills, and all early childhood development. I am able to work in high energy settings, and am very active myself.

We interviewed this caregiver and hired her to start babysitting for our family. She cancelled on us twice - on relatively short notice. We ended up having to cancel our plans. She agreed to babysit on several dates, but ended up taking a job that paid her better. I think she has a lot of great experience, but we could not trust that she would actually show up to dates she agreed to do. We don't normally write negative reviews, but we feel we were very clear with our expectations and pay rate. No one is forced to accept a job, but if you do accept the job, you should follow through with your commitments. She did not actually work one single day in our household. The three star rating is based purely on the experience she brings.
