I have 4 years of professional experience and 5 years of non-professional experience caring for and helping raise children. I also coach youth soccer part time. I have worked with a wide range of ages from infants to 10 years old. My most recent experience is nannying for a 1yo little girl, and before that I cared for 2 boys; an infant and a toddler. Mackenzie (Kian) has been our spectacular nanny for almost three years and counting. He worked with our kids from the time they were newborn-toddlers and we still continue to work together. Mackenzie (Kian) has been the perfect fit for our family. He has an incredibly calming demeanor that kids respond well to, prioritizes safety, leads with love and was willing to take our kids outdoors regularly and to all of their local activities. He is excellent to check in with primary caregivers to ensure that our approaches are aligned and consistent, is rock solid at maintaining schedules and is silly and fun with our kids. He is very adaptable even with the ever-changing needs of littles and our family! Our kids ask for Mackenzie (Kian) all of the time and any family that is lucky enough to work with him should rest easy knowing your kids are safe and loved!
