Hello! My name is Emma and I am a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse background in both nursing and childcare. I am a registered nurse with experience in a Level 3 NICU, where I provided critical care to newborns and supported families through challenging times. In addition, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for three years, specializing in supporting children with autism through individualized behavior therapy. Beyond my healthcare background, I have many years of experience nannying, which has helped me develop a deep understanding of child development, safety, and nurturing care.
