I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I have a knack for connecting with children of all ages. My years of experience caring for children have taught me the importance of communication with parents. I provide written daily reports and encourage verbal communication during pickup. I believe in following the parents' preferred communication method to ensure we're all on the same page. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle but firm manner. I believe in setting clear boundaries and expectations for children, and I am consistent with my approach.
