About Lyric

Hello! Located in GR. I believe in creating a nurturing environment for children, one that is engaged and safe as well as compassionate & interactive. I have babysat in the past before as well as watched siblings and family member's children. Previously, I have worked as a behavior technician with children. Through this, I did the following: Implemented goals through a BCBA (i. e. matching, teaching life skills) Toilet/Potty Training Diaper changes Clothing changes Feeding therapy Language acquisition skills through vocal vocab and AAC devices Created a welcoming, nurturing and safe environment for the kids Practiced fine motor skills Implemented de-escalation techniques such as breathing techniques, co-regulation, communication, implementing sensory tools, and reducing stimuli. I believe in helping kids find their interests, outdoor activities, fostering learning through a multitude of ways (i. e. sensory, tactile, reading), and helping kids thrive.
