About Lucas

I'm a caregiver with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. My friendly nature helps me connect with children and parents alike. With three years of experience caring for kids aged six to 14, I'm comfortable looking after two children at a time. With a lifetime of experience I'm very comfortable working with children with special needs. I keep parents updated on their child's day and any issues that arise through verbal communication during pickup, or other methods they prefer. While I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in open communication and collaboration with parents to ensure a consistent and positive environment for the children. When it's playtime, I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning, making playtime both fun and enriching. I have a car, so transportation isn't an issue. I'm also comfortable with pets.
