About Hailey

I've always been passionate about supporting children's growth and development. With just shy of two years of experience caring for kids, I'm confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your children. I believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to thrive, so I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I love finding new ways to engage children. I am also a strong communicator and will keep you updated on your child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, and I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time, ages 1-11. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR, and I've completed coursework in Early Childhood Education and Early Child Development. I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
