About Lori

I'd describe my personality as fun and outgoing. I like tutoring because it is very rewarding to see a child learn and acquire new skills. Building confidence and competence in children makes me happy. I'm looking for a job in which I can teach and/or support foundational skills for young learners. I enjoy teaching children to read and write. I started tutoring during the summer months to help children catch up, stay on track, or get ahead for the following school year. In my spare time, I like to work in my yard or spend time with my grandkids. One thing you should know about me is that I will make learning fun for your child. I will use creative approaches to keep your child interested and engaged. I have a passion for teaching and love children. My skills include innovative approaches, patience, and creativity.
