About Sarah

Hi! In 2013, I began working as a nanny and as a part time home school teacher. I have experience teaching preschool through 5th grade in multiple subjects. It has been really great! My favorite part about working with young children is spending time bonding and building a relationship, being a part of their daily routines, and making each day special for them. My experience as a home school teacher prepares me to teach in a multi-sensory way to cater to all learning styles; we don't rush, we do lots of talking, reading, exploring, playing, testing our limits and stretching our minds and bodies. I take pride in teaching and believe that parents should absolutely have the final word about what their children learn. I am looking to work with parents to ensure their children have all the necessary skills and abilities to be successful and thrive. One of the greatest feelings is showing parents that their children are in great hands when they are at work.
