My name is Lisa, and I have been a childcare professional for many years, both in classroom and home settings. My specialty is infants and toddlers! While I have worked with all ages, 15 years were as the Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher, in two schools in Birmingham. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and am Montessori trained for children birth-age 3. While I know I have all the qualities one would look for in a great caregiver, what I want to impress upon most is that I especially love connecting with and engaging young children in activities that they enjoy. I am often referred to as a "baby whisperer," as I interact with and focus on care and play activities, right along with the child. Absolutely cant say enough about this Kind and Caring woman! Lisa is so helpful, and she has our trust 110%. She cared for my baby so well, and he clearly loved spending time with her. I loved the updates and videos she would text me, showing my happy boy playing and learning. We've sadly moved away, and cant see her as often. If anyone is looking for a long term nanny, or babysitter, look no further. Lisa is the one!
