About Lisa

I am a young-at-heart, 59-year-old. I am recently retired from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department in Riverside County, California. I recently moved back to my hometown of Fort Worth. My husband and I have been married for almost 30 years and we have one daughter who is 20 years old and attends college. I have always enjoyed working with children and I am in awe of their fascination of the world around them. I have been a caregiver of children since 1975. Throughout the years, I have worked in several different areas of childcare such as Daycare (ages 12 mos to 36 mos), church nursery worker, teaching Sunday school children from first grade to sixth grade, and kindergarten for two years at a private Christian school. While my daughter was in elementary school, I loved being a volunteer teacher's aide in her classroom. I can assure you that your child's welfare and safety will be my top priority and I will do my best to foster an environment of learning and enjoyment.
