About Kayla

Hi my name is kayla! I love animals, to paint, and spend time outside. Im 26, and I have a 4-year-old daughter. I have been in the childcare field for about 10 years. Recently in the last 5 I have found a love for the one on one care nannying provides. I was a lead preschool teacher at multiple schools as well as I worked in after school care. I also have previously worked with special needs children as well as the elderly with alzheimers and dimensia. I have extensive experience with multiple children of different ages as well as twins and triplets, different cultures and learning styles. I have a tremendous amount of love for children of all ages. I understand that every child grows and learns in a different way. I am proud to be able to provide patience, as well as a safe and fun environment with them. I am very hands on and believe in a structured setting for children to thrive off of consistency. I believe in positive reinforcement along with natural consequences.
