I have always enjoyed children and have been caring for them since my teenage years. I babysat all through graduate school as well. I love watching their little minds grow and explore and learn. I focus on activities (reading, cooking, crafts, building, hide and seek), in addition to outdoor play and swimming when the weather permits. The emphasis is always on fun, cooperation and respect. I use positive reinforcement and encouragement, and I engage with children to problem-solve creatively and with empathy. I believe childhood is a magical time for each child, and I strive to create an environment where the child feels safe, comfortable and loved.

Lisa is one of the kindest most wonderful care givers I have crossed paths with. Her background as a doctor of chiropractor mixed with her passion to care for people especially for children is exceptional. I see her ability to connect with children in such a natural and seamless way as she is fun, grounded and puts them at ease. I would strongly recommend any family to have Lisa work and play with their children.
