Hello! I am an experienced CT Certified Public School Teacher with 20+ years in education who is newly retired and one who has a passion for helping children learn and grow. With more than 2-decades of elementary teaching experience, I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have graduate degrees in Elementary Education, Remedial Reading and School Administration. In addition to my professional attributes, I am also a mom of 3 adult children, two of whom are twins. I also grew up in a large family household with 6 siblings, one of whom has Special Needs. All of these experiences have made me a responsible, patient, calm, empathetic, creative, and responsible adult. To top it all off, I am also a dog & cat mom! Finally, I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and believe in open communication with parents.
