About Lin

Hello! I was a caregiver at C&R Inc. in Idaho for over a year. The main focus of the company is adults with intellectual disabilities, but several of these clients were elderly and were dealing with Alzheimer's, etc, and needed assistance with ADLs. I administered medication and helped with activities and socialization. I'm methodical, especially when it has to do with a client's well-being, and I'm always looking for ways to improve and personalize care. My skills include respectful assistance, setting people at ease, and keeping the environment clean and comfortable. I'd describe my personality as warm, humorous, and empathetic. In my spare time, I like to make music, listen to audiobooks, play with my cat, and spend time outside. I like caregiving because I find working with people interesting and rewarding. I'm looking for a job that feels fulfilling and personal rather than clinical.
