Lindsay works for me as a part time nanny. I have almost eighteen month Boy/girl twins. They have a lot of energy and Lindsay handles the pressure with kindness and grace, but also knows how to be firm when needed! My daughter has hearing loss and I was looking for someone to help me with learning sign language and teaching sign to my kids. Lindsay uses both ASL and signing exact English. Since she's been working with us I've noticed a huge leap in communication skills in both babies. Also her knowledge of communicated with people with hearing loss has been priceless to me, I'm learning so much from her!
