About Linda

I hold a bachelor's degree from New York University in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I have six years of teaching experience with children ages 2. 5-3. 5 and of diverse backgrounds. I worked to provide an environment where each child felt respected and understood. I designed a classroom with aesthetics and materials that encouraged collaboration, creativity, and stimulated thinking. I have over 10 years experience babysitting for several families. I have worked with children ranging from ages 3-15. As a caregiver, I developed age appropriate activities and made sure the children spent some time active outdoors. I was responsible for after-school pickup, taking the children to and from after-school activities, helping with homework, making dinner, and putting the children to bed according to family's bedtime routine. I continue to hold positive and warm relationships with these families and can provide letters of recommendation and references.
