As an experienced and dedicated childcare provider with over 20 years in the field, I'm passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families. After retiring from a fulfilling career as an elementary school teacher, I realized that my love for kids and desire to make a difference had not diminished. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, as well as my creative and imaginative approach to childcare. I believe in fostering a nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred communication method to ensure a seamless partnership. My experience as a certified teacher has equipped me with the skills to enforce household rules effectively while also being sensitive to each child's individual needs. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and educational activities.
