About Karen

Hi, I'm Karen and I've been a passionate and experienced childcare provider for over six years. I'm drawn to this profession because I love nurturing children's growth and development. I've had the pleasure of babysitting for families in the past and have gained valuable experience in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Also I have experience with Autistic children and help them how communicate in case it is needed. As a caregiver, I'm patient, calm, and friendly. I understand the importance of clear communication with parents. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing educational games, puzzles, and board games with children. I believe in making learning fun and engaging. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time and have experience with ages ranging from infants to preteens. I can communicate in both English and Spanish.
