About Lilly

I was in charge of my mother and brother's care for several years. I farmed with my husband for 36 years. Would like something part time. I was part time caregiver for a lady with parkinson's disease for about four or five years. I would visit with her for awhile until time for bed. I would then assist her in getting upstairs to her bedroom and help her bet dressed for bed. Making sure she took her medicine. Other days I would get her up in the morning, help her get dressed, assist her in getting down the stairs, help with her breakfast. Again seeing that she took her pills and then would visit with her for a while before going home. After retiring from farming I help a friend who owns an antique store four days a week opening and closing the store. He moved his store location about 18 miles north. I worked there since June but no longer want to drive that far especially coming home at night with the new time in the dark on the interstate.
