About Lillian

I am a patient, warm, and fun person with a big sense of humor and a big love for doggos and kiddos! My life's passion has always been working with children and supporting families. Growing up with a single working parent, I know firsthand the value of a great nanny, and I am so thankful that today I'm still able to enjoy close relationships with several of my own childhood nannies. I am also a Behavioral Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with children from a wide range of ages and neurodiversity's in their schools, communities, and homes. My experience has helped me develop the skills needed to understand and support children's emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs (and those of their families!). My goal is always to foster a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for every child I work with, and I am super excited to bring my skills and expertise to your family!
