Ive been working professionally with children since my freshman year in highschool. I worked on the activities staff at a summer kids camp for 3 years, and then became the manager during my 4th. Ive always been passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, and have been babysitting since I was 12. I specialize in working with kids on the autism spectrum, as I am an ABA certified behavioral technician. I have also worked with children with physical disabilities. My skills and training include CPR, First Aid, safety care, and CBT. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children of all ages, from infants to preteens. My approach to childcare is centered around open communication with parents. All kids are different, and I trust parents know best when it comes to day and activity planning. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and ensuring consistency for the children.

Lillian is amazing. She took care of my almost 5 month old daughter for several months. My daughter is my partner and I's first child and Lillian was very understanding about our anxiety regarding leaving someone new with her when we went back to work. She made us very comfortable. When she was watching our daughter she responded immediately. She never questioned what we asked of her and respected our wishes when it came to whatever we needed for our daughter. She was in our home for 7+ hours at a time while we were away at work and we felt very comfortable with her there without us. She also let our dog out when she needed it. I cannot say enough good things about her. I am more than happy to sing her praises to anyone and let you all know how great she is!
