About Lillian

Ive been working professionally with children since my freshman year in highschool. I worked on the activities staff at a summer kids camp for 3 years, and then became the manager during my 4th. Ive always been passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, and have been babysitting . I specialize in working with kids on the autism spectrum, as I am an ABA certified behavioral technician. I have also worked with children with physical disabilities. My skills and training include CPR, First Aid, safety care, and CBT. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children of all ages, from infants to preteens. My approach to childcare is centered around open communication with parents. All kids are different, and I trust parents know best when it comes to day and activity planning. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and ensuring consistency for the children.
