With over four years of childcare experience, primarily with infants, my approach is rooted in the Montessori philosophy and Positive Discipline techniques, which encourages independence and respects each child's natural growth. My goal is always to guide, rather than direct, so children can develop autonomy and a strong sense of self. Whether it's setting up an activity to foster concentration or offering encouragement when they are trying something new, I am dedicated to creating an environment where children feel empowered, capable, and loved. My passion is helping children become their best selves. I believe that when they feel heard and supported, they are able to grow into confident, curious, and independent individuals; values that I hold dear in my work and in life.
