Joy has been a wonderful nanny for our family! Her genuine love and care for our infant daughter shines through in everything she does. Joy is very reliable and punctual. She is also creative and engaging with our daughter, who loves spending time with her. Joy is very patient, and she handles every situation calmly. My husband and I have such peace of mind knowing our daughter is in capable and caring hands. Joy communicates very effectively with us, and provides regular updates and pictures throughout the day. She has also been very responsive to questions/concerns, and changes in our daughter’s schedule— such as naps/sleep training. Joy is SO great with our daughter, especially with feeding. Our daughter was not taking bottles and now takes them from Joy and gets all the milk she needs while I am at work. (She doesn’t take bottles well from anybody else.) We couldn't be happier with Joy and highly recommend her to any family. The only reason we are ending our time with her is because I have decided to stay home with my daughter and we no longer need full time childcare. We are so grateful for her dedication and hard work.
