About Lilah

Hello, my name is Lilah. I'm new to care. com and the nanny business as for the past 11 years, I have worked in the corporate world. I know that this background does not speak to your need for childcare experience, however I do have five children of my own. My youngest is five, so I have relatively recent experience with newborns, toddlers and preschoolers. Although this isn't professional childcare experience, it may be enough credentials for a family that is willing to give me a chance. My goal is to find a more meaningful existence and enough flexibility to spend quality time with my family. Most importantly, I want to help guide our next generation. I believe wholeheartedly that early childhood education including reading and intellectual stimulation is essential even for newborns. Implementing a daily action plan that is specific to a child's interests is key. I am very interested in working with new clients and helping you provide the care and education every child deserves.
