Leona was on time and reliable for the short time she was working with my dad. She started on a Tuesday and came and sat with him, supported him with bathing, drinking, staying comfortable. My dad declined significantly overnight and Leona returned the next day and spent the entire day helping him to stay comfortable until my dad agreed to transfer to Kaplan House and a higher level of care than we could provide for him at home. Leona was calm and patient with both me and my father during a difficult day. I would definitely recommend her.
