About Elizabeth

I have enjoyed caring for seniors since I was in high school and began doing volunteer work for a hospital as well as a local elderly woman. I helped care for two family friends as well as my own grandfather who all suffered through various forms of cancer. I helped with feeding, bathing and general companionship. Most recently, I cared for a 109-year-old lady. Again responsibilities included feeding, bathing and companionship. I loved my job and unfortunately she just past away. I have Hospice volunteer certification. I am also an early childhood educator as well as a massage therapist. Caring for people is what I do best and am most passionate about. I teach during the day so am looking for part time evening hours or weekends until June, but could do full time from 6/20-8/31. I look forward to any opportunity that will help improve the quality of life for someone who cannot care for themselves.
