About Leila

I have been babysitting for over 4 years now, and worked a full school year as an afternoon caregiver at my local elementary school. I cared for children in preschool as well as k-4. I am comfortable working in any age range however. When it comes to my relationship with the family, I always prioritize healthy relationships. I want to ensure a positive environment for not only the child, but the parents as well. I believe in working as a team to help prioritize the children's best interests. I take pride in my creativity and imagination most of all. I want to engage in the child's interests and build their confidence in whatever passions they choose to pursue. I have always found so much meaning in the childcare industry and hope to further my career in this field. I want to help the next generations grow and develop into intelligent and kind individuals.
