About Leah

Hi there, my name is Leah and I am an energetic and creative 20-year-old! I am a current college student working towards a degree in speech pathology and I've always had a passion for nurturing children's growth. With one year of experience working with children of all ages, I've found my calling in caring for the young minds and hearts of children. I'm a patient and friendly individual who believes in open, honest communication with parents. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and I love doing seasonal arts and crafts, pretend play, outside activities, and board/card games with the kids I care for! I have my own car and I'm happy to help with transportation, cooking, light housekeeping, and pet care if needed. In my personal time I love to read, swim, hike, and have recently been getting into baking! I hope to get to know you and your family.
