About Leah

My name is Leah and I am 23 years old. I started babysitting multiple kids at age 13, then worked at a daycare when I was 15. At the daycare I changed diapers, monitored snacks and crafts, performed cleaning up routines. A few years later I became a nanny for 3 boys under the age of 8. At this time, I performed all household chores, while taking care of these boys. Then while continuing my education, I became a teacher's aide in a special education classroom. My responsibilities included providing direct instruction, one-on-one tutoring, bathroom assistance, monitoring snack and lunch time, and everything in between. My sister recently had a baby, whom I will be watching Monday-Friday. I have received many credits in early childhood education, as well as special education. I am reliable, trustworthy, and punctual. I have spent my life being around kids and couldn't think of a better way to spend my days. I am excited to find another kid to hang out with!
