Hi, I'm Lavender! I've been working with children for over a decade, both in caregiving and teaching roles, and I find so much fulfillment in doing so. I love watching children's minds grow and expand as they learn about the world around them, and I prioritize fostering that growth through safety and endless receptivity to their endless curiosity. I've worked with all ages and a variety of neurotypes and health conditions, including children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. I have CPR and first aid training, as well as a food handler's card. I'm flexible, calm and level-headed in the middle of chaos, and I enjoy the challenge of learning and adapting to each individual child or family's needs. I understand that choosing someone to take care of your child is a deeply personal and important choice. I would love to talk with you about whether I might be the right fit for your family.
