Aloha! I am Trustline Certified (which includes extensive background check & fingerprints). Originally from No. CA (Marin/SF Bay Area). I relocated to Kihei/Wailea area, Maui 3 years ago. I have many, MANY years of experience caring for children. I have been a nanny off/on for the past 2 decades for various families, while I was also raising my (now grown) son, so I am also a mom. I prefer to keep kids active and engaged (minimal to no screen time, if possible). I believe in getting kids outside & interacting in nature. I like to encourage making art or coloring, creating crafts, music, singalong (& having our own little dance party), building forts, playing board/card games, reading stories, and going on little adventures. My experience spans all ages. For requests on the West side of Maui, I charge a $35 travel fee. Mahalo!

Laurin was amazing! We had her babysit our 4 year old daughter when we were on vacation and she was fantastic. She took incredible care of her while we enjoyed a night out. The moment we met her we knew our daughter was in great hands. Highly recommend Laurin and we will definitely use her again for babysitting the next time we're in Maui!
