My name is Lindsey, I moved to Maui from Bend, Oregon. I am 24 years old and I have 5+ years of experience as a nanny and 2 years of experience working as a personal assistant. I'v worked with kids of all ages ranging from 4 months old to 16 years old. Since I moved to Maui, I've worked with a number of different families, some short term and some longer term. Working with kids has always been some thing that comes very naturally to me. I find a lot of joy in helping them develop into their authentic selves and foster personal development. I think having routine and structure is very important for developing kids. That being said I can also go with the flow. I love being creative, spending time outdoors, traveling, baking and cooking!
