I have cared for my husband, a stroke patient with partial paralysis for 7 years. In addition, I also have cared for a female elderly stroke patient with diabetes for 3 years and other elderly in need. I will bring my knowledge of medicine management, personal hygiene, includes bathing / sponge baths, incontinence, meal prep, transfers to wheelchairs / cars, light housekeeping, most importantly, companionship. I feel that every senior / disabled person is special, and has something to contribute! I will treat your loved one with dignity and compassion. My favorite times are enjoying a cup of coffee, and sharing life stories, and some laughs. Connecting on a human level and having fun!

Laurie was a trustworthy, responsible caregiver who possessed the patience, compassion & empathy needed to care for my paralyzed mother.
